Fulfillment Associate is responsible for sales and support of the sales team, customer service for both Wholesale and Ecommerce channels, and assisting the Ops Supervisor with picking and packing orders, invoicing, and inventory when needed.
The goals of this position are to provide friendly, warm customer service to both wholesale boutique and ecommerce customers, support account executives in reaching/exceeding sales goals, reporting customer trends, and ensuring timely and accurate flow of product in and out of the warehouse.
The success of this role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, organization skills and a strong sense of urgency and hustle.
This person will alternate between sitting at a desk handling customer calls/emails, and standing/bending/putting retrieving units from our stock drawers to fulfill orders.

Inventory Management:
Receive product into stock, organize inventory, labeling/packaging Order Fulfillment:
Allocate inventory to orders in a timely manner, following standard protocols of SKU documentation and invoicing Customer Service:
Assist as a backup to the wholesale customer service team should a customer need assistance Ensure Accuracy:
Check outgoing orders and documentation for completeness Returns:
Manage in-bound customer returns, processed through a digital system Act as a team:
Share responsibilities, perform tasks as needed and take initiative to drive success towards daily goals and department objectives Always improve:
Constantly look for opportunities to advance your skills, improve department processes, and better the end-consumers' brand experience Customer Service Responsibilities Address customer service calls and emails in a timely manner, while working to resolve customer issues effectively and forwarding inquiries to team members as needed.
Prepare order proposals, submit orders on behalf of sales staff and customers, prepare customer communication content and materials, and follow up documentation for sales team.
Prepare mailing lists and calling lists for sales and marketing initiatives.
Suggest new ideas to improve customer service processes and documentation procedures.
Prospect new wholesale accounts; research, qualify and disseminate details to the sales team in addition to identifying trends in regional growth.
Provide support for existing customers by assisting with selling opportunities, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems.
Thorough knowledge of all Sorrelli products including pricing, product features and key selling points.
Provide assistance and sales support needs for trade shows; logistics, samples and meeting sales goals.
Help train and support fellow team members, as needed.
Plan and organize meetings and events, as needed.
Stay abreast of industry jewelry and retail market trends.
Job Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old, and must be able to provide proof of right to work in the U.
S.
Must be able to read and take directions in English.
1 to 2 years experience in retail, sales and/or customer service, preferred.
1 to 2 years experience in operations, fulfillment, or inventory role, preferred.
Strong attention to detail Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility.
Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through.
Excellent computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; must learn and become proficient in Sorrelli's corporate software suite.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment; comfortable with change.
Regular and reliable attendance.
