Senior Designer Responsibilities ? Providing administrative assistance, such as drafting memos, note taking,confidential HR filing, and preparing communications on the supervisor's behalf.
? Maintaining comprehensive, confidential and accurate records ? Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
? Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying and organizing documents.
? Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary ? Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner ? Assisting with light operational duties, such as product boxing, invoicing, callingselect accounts, etc ? Reading executive emails and prioritizing key responses Job Qualifications ? Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while managingmultiple projects simultaneously.
