As a Winemaker, you will oversee the entire production process of creating delicious wines, from grape harvesting to bottling.

Responsibilities:
Maintain existing and create new blends of Folino Estate wine Lead lab analysis Participate in wine-related expansion and development Manage inventory levels of supplies and materials Collaborate with the winemaking team to plan blends and products Assist in in-house tastings and blending trials Ensure safety protocols and equipment maintenance Maintain government record-keeping Manage inventory of supplies, bulk wine, and case goods Oversee all aspects of harvest Perform vineyard responsibilities such as pruning, spraying, and harvesting Lead public and private tours Attend wine events and tastings Travel for outside events and festival sales Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Enology or related science field (or comparable experience) Minimum of 5 years of winemaking experience Knowledge of grapes, growing regions, and local regulations Ability to lift 50 lbs.
repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable with heights and working on ladders Excellent skills in Microsoft environment Reliable transportation
